Day trip: For those who do not have the time to take a liveaboard trip, a day trip is an alternative choice. For quick getaways there are three good dive locations in close proximity to Phuket island . Racha Islands to the south, Shark Point - King Cruiser - Anemone Reef to the east and the Phi Phi Islands to the southeast. All offer something a little bit different, as each has it's own unique features. Choosing between them can be tough - so why not cover all three areas!

Longer Day trips: An alternative to the normal day trips is a day trip to the Similan island. Although it makes for a longer day, 2 to 3 dives on one of the best dive sites in the world is well worth taking. Where ever the destination of your choice, pick ups and transfers are prearranged allowing you to enjoy the adventure the moment you leave the Hotel.

PHI-PHI ISLANDS

Distance: 140 min.
Depth: 3-27 m. (10-90 ft.)

Once voted "the most beautiful islands in the world" Phi-Phi Islands are as fabulous under the water as they are above. Most of the dozen or so sites are concentrated on the south of the islands around Phi-Phi Leh, Koh Bida and Hin Bida.

The scenery is stunning: rock monoliths rise from the ocean and tower overhead. Hidden bays and secret beaches - only accessible by boat - give the area a tropical paradise feel. Diving includes wall dives, caves and shallow coral gardens densely populated with marine life. Koh Bida, for example, features sea fans and soft corals and a myriad of colorful tropical fish.
